The food & drink featured here was photographed in both natural and available light on and off the line. I am not one for complicating the natural beauty of food by dragging around external lights, random props, fake ice cubes or fake kitchen set ups. Everything seen here was found on site.

The charcuterie, fresh seafood, cured, and dry aged meats were styled and photographed by me.

I grew up in restaurants and I’m comfortable in a commercial kitchen and work well with both FOH and BOH.
