Day in the Life

I flew to North Carolina, several years ago, to document this sweet family’s Day in the Life. Back then I called them Everyday sessions and is one of my favorite types of sessions to shoot. It was so fun, connected and intimate. Very similar to that of a wedding, but much less pressure, pomp, and circumstance.

This gallery is absolutely massive and have only posted about a 1/4 of them here.

Dad was active military at the time, was in between deployments, and Mama wanted to document their time in this sweet home before they transferred to Austin, where I visited them again a few years later to do more of the same.

The eldest just started her first year of college and mom still talks to me about the coffee table books that I made for her family and how much she and the others love it them.

I totally understand that not everyone is interested in photos on the wall or standing in a field in a curated wardrobe. If you are interested in telling the real life story of your family, please don’t hesitate to reach out and make contact.
