Kelsey came to me wanting me to shoot their wedding this May. In the midst of the planning, just before the invitations went out, Tyler was called to duty. The wedding is postponed until his return. I had to shoot their engagement session before he left and a I am so glad I did.
In honor of Memorial Day, of our military men and woman, and their families, thank you for your service.

a note from Kelsey:
Tyler!
I miss you, terribly. There are not many feelings worse than that of knowing you won’t be walking through the front door before dinner. Day six feels like year five, and I find my only strength in the Lord and the fact that you’ll be home sooner, than later. Good friends and family help the time pass, and I am so grateful for those who have already shown so much love and support. You’ve got quite the crowd rooting for you, back here. Missing your calls this morning breaks my heart- my phone will never know “silent”, again!
I don’t think I’ve ever actually said “thank you”, for protecting our country, our family, friends, and myself- thank you.
I miss you, and I love you more than life itself!
XoXo,
Kels
