I am always looking for ways to streamline my processes, build my brand and give my clients the best expirience possible. From booking to getting your photos in your home I want you to be beaming. I am not one for change but sometimes change is necessary for growth and it’s beginning to happen. (Thank you!) I have picked the brains of many photographers and it is about 50/50 when it comes to ordering sessions. Those who do them swear by them and the other 50% haven’t tried them yet. I thought it was time to break on through to the other side.
With the level of customer service that I am trying to achieve it only makes sense to me to extend a slot of time to each client in the form of a tailored session in your home or meeting location somewhere in between to find out what your needs are and how we can meet them together. What is it that you want to do with your photos? How do you want to display them? Are you looking to build a wall collection that you can add to over time? Is your session a good fit for a coffee table book? A canvas? What size? How do I know which crop will work with what photos? What will look fantastic on a grand scale? Can you do this photo in black and white? The ability to go over these things in the short time we will be together will save you and I both time in the end.
I realize you are all working within a budget and often times it is hard to narrow them down. Trust me, I take that as a compliment when you can’t decide but it is time to get your photos off of the computer and into your home to warm those fuzzy hearts of yours as quickly as possible. I have already implemented this for several clients and they are thrilled so far. It eliminates so much guess work and is the only way to obtain a discount or any offers that are floating around out there. Yes, it is more appointments on my calendar and a little more time out of my day but the satisfaction of knowing that you have enjoyed your experience and have your favorite photos in your possession in the shortest time possible makes it totally worth it.
